Prabhas fans have been waiting for updates ever since his last film Kalki 2898 AD released more than a year ago. His next movie, The Raja Saab, directed by Maruthi, has been in the news for its shifting release dates. First planned for April 2025, then moved to December 2025, the film is now confirmed to hit theatres for Sankranthi in January 2026.

The promotions for The Raja Saab will begin this October. The trailer is expected to release on October 1.
