Canada Post workers nationwide are striking for the second time in less than a year. In a statement Thursday, Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) president Jan Simpson described “massive changes” to the government’s mandate for Canada Post and called “huge service cutbacks to the public” an “outrage.”
