PORTAGE, MI — All northbound lanes of South Westnedge Avenue are closed after a four-vehicle crash, police said.
The crash happened around 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26, near 6100 S. Westnedge Avenue, police said.
All northbound lanes are closed from Gladys Street to Milham Avenue, the Portage Department of Public Safety said. This is roughly a half-mile stretch that goes along the Southland strip mall, which includes a Kohl’s and Barnes & Noble.
Police are asking people to seek an alternate route.
Police indicated the lanes remained closed as of 4:30 p.m., about two hours after it occurred.
Police could not be reached for additional information, including the status of the vehicle occupants.
