The 78-second clip from March 19, 2024 , obtained by TMZ from a California liquor store, begins around 7 a.m. and shows an individual wearing white sweats and a black hoodie alternating between walking and running through a neighborhood in Lake Elsinore, about 75 miles southeast of where her remains were discovered in Los Angeles.
