Veteran Tulsa World editor Patrick Prince has been named interim local news editor, overseeing the newsroom staff.
Prince, who previously served as assistant editor of the Tulsa World, will oversee the daily news offerings of the Tulsa World’s print and digital platforms. He replaces former Executive Editor Jason Collington, who has departed the company.
"We have amazing journalists at the Tulsa World who provide news to our readers that they can’t get anywhere else," Prince said. "I will work to continue to help them do that in this new role. Our veteran staff is dedicated to providing the best and most relevant news while also telling unique Tulsa stories about the amazing people we have in our community."
