As predevelopment work on the revitalization of downtown Greeley through the Civic Campus project continues, questions about a source of long-term funding remain unanswered.

After entering a predevelopment agreement with Richmark Vertikal in August, work has continued on the ambitious project that looks to unite the city, Greeley-Evans School District 6 and Weld County operations in one location. The Downtown Civic Campus will consolidate City Hall, the District 6 Administration Building and the Weld County court complex in a single location, along with space for housing and other public amenities.
