South Bruce OPP have charged a person after a collision investigation led to the seizure of weapons.

Police say on September 25th, at approximately 5:41 p.m., they responded to a single vehicle collision at Highway 21 and Concession 10 south of Kincardine in the Township of Huron-Kinloss.

OPP say the lone occupant was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

OPP say while officers were assessing the involved vehicle for damages, they allegedly saw a variety of weapons in plain view. A search of the vehicle was conducted which resulted in locating several batons, brass knuckles, pepper spray, handcuffs, and ammunition.

A 56-year old resident of Huron-Kinloss, has been charged with unauthorized possession of a weapon, and failure to comply with an undertaking. The accused was
