The Chatham Sports Hall of Fame opened its doors to five new members Thursday.

Volleyball player Melissa Bartlett (athlete-modern), baseball player Alan Cattrysse (athlete-modern), Arnie Robbins (athlete-legend), Peter Cobb (builder) and the 1992-93 OFSAA champion Chatham-Kent Golden Hawks senior girls’ volleyball team were honoured during the annual induction ceremony at the Bradley Centre.

Bartlett is also in the Ontario Volleyball Association’s Hall of Fame after playing for Canada’s national youth and junior teams. She was the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference player of the year and a first-team all-American as a Hillsdale College senior before playing professionally in Spain.
