CANDACE Cameron Bure has explained her decision to move out of her hometown of Los Angeles, California, in favor of a small town.

The Full House alum took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to interact with her followers in a Q&A segment.

One particular exchange caught fans' attention, as Candace, 49, addressed why she moved away from Southern California, where she'd lived for decades.

"Why did you leave SoCal?" the fan asked, to which the actress provided a lengthy response.

"I still love SoCal, but LA, is certainly not the same since growing up there and especially since 2020," the Hallmark star began.

"I also love living in a smaller town where people really do know your name (not because I'm on TV) and this beauty?!! What's not to love?!" she added over a scenic photo of a woo
