ANDERSON, Ind. — A jury in Madison County convicted an Indianapolis man Friday for a murder in Pendleton more than two years ago.
Courtney Radford, 25, was found guilty of murder in the shooting death of 26-year-old Jared Wininger at a home on South SR 67 on May 5, 2023. Wininger was pronounced dead at the scene.
In addition to the murder charge, Radford was found guilty of felony charges including robbery resulting in bodily injury, burglary, resisting law enforcement and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. After the verdict was handed down, prosecutors said Radford pleaded guilty to the felony firearm enhancement.
