There could be major changes to D.C.'s political landscape next year as more than half of the city's elected seats are up for re-election.

Last week, At-Large Councilmember Robert White announced he's running for Eleanor Holmes Norton's congressional seat.

Several high-profile Democrats have called on Norton, 88, to retire. Norton, however, has repeatedly said she will seek reelection.

News4 sat down with White to discuss why he chose to run for Congress, his opposition to the RFK stadium deal and running against Norton — who he used to work for. Here's what he said:
