LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen rejected a liquor commission rule change that would have relaxed physical contact rules.
According to the State of Nebraska, the update to the Nebraska Administrative Code would have removed specific regulatory language describing inappropriate physical contact and would have “paved the way” for customers to explicitly and physically touch employees of a liquor license.
Gov. Pillen said the rule change would effectively provide government permission for a customer to touch the dancer at a strip club.
