Less than a day after police released photos of a person wanted in connection for the death of a teen who was shot in the head outside a Dunkin’ Donuts in Cambria Heights, the suspect has turned himself in to the 105th Precinct in Queens Village.

The NYPD said the person of interest arrived with a lawyer on Sept. 26 around 12:30 p.m.

Multiple outlets say that the defendant is Jaysohn “Flex” Sykes, 16, an alleged gang member who attends Campus Magnet High School in Cambria Heights.

The victim, Sanjay Samuel , 13, of Laurelton, was shot outside the coffee shop’s parking lot, located at 208-15 Linden Blvd. in Cambria Heights on Sept. 22 at around 8:21 a.m., an NYPD spokeswoman told the Chronicle.

CBS News reported that the coffee shop is a popular spot for area students to meet.
