I don’t know about you, but I’ve noticed more and more AI-generated and often false or unverified information showing up in my social media feeds and search results lately. There are “news” outlets I’ve never heard of before, creating fake content to generate clicks, and presumably, easy money. It also seems like very little is being done by online platforms to curb this practice.
