New Jersey will have a mixed bag of weather conditions this weekend, with some sun, some clouds, some rain and warm temperatures.
The National Weather Service says a weak weather system will bring a chance of scattered showers to parts of our region Saturday night, primarily affecting southern coastal areas and other portions of South Jersey.
Temperatures will remain mild for late September, with highs reaching the upper 70s to low 80s.
Rainfall amounts are expected to be relatively light, around a quarter of an inch, though some localized areas may see slightly higher amounts.
Winds will shift to the east and southeast on Saturday, becoming light to moderate at 5 to 10 mph. Overnight temperatures will drop into the upper 50s to low 60s.
