SRINAGAR, Sep 26: The Gulmarg Development Authority took possession of the Royal Park Hotel after the expiry of its lease agreement, weeks after reclaiming the Nedous Hotel.

The lease period ended in June this year and was not renewed, prompting the authority to reclaim the hotel to prevent unauthorized occupation.

Authorities said now the Royal Park property will remain under the GDA’s control until a decision is made about its future use.
