Mangaluru, Sep 27: The Konkani Natak Sabha (KNS) has announced the recipients of the prestigious Kalakar Puraskar Award 2025, sponsored by Michael D’Souza, Dubai, under his Vision Konkani initiative. The honours will be presented during the KNS’s 82nd annual day celebration, scheduled for September 28 at 5 pm at Don Bosco Hall, Mangaluru.

Veteran theatre artistes Molly Fernandes, Victor Correa and Vincent Correa have been selected for the Kalakar Puraskar in recognition of their outstanding service to Konkani theatre. All three stalwarts of the Konkani theatre world known for their decades-long contribution to the stage and cultural life of the region.
