TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Travelers at Tucson International Airport faced numerous delays and cancellations Friday due to severe storms in Phoenix.

Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport diverted sixteen flights to Tucson, TIA's spokesperson Austin Wright said, and by 4 p.m. the airport was not taking any more.

"I mean of all days I come down. I mean I was going to be home tonight at 7:30, that was the plan, but now who knows when I'll be home," Glad told News 4 Tucson.
