JONESBORO — A man was being held Friday in the Craighead County jail, accused of intentionally starting a fire using a flammable liquid and a lighter, at an apartment complex.

Timothy Lee Meadors, 39, of Jonesboro, was arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the Sept. 18 fire at the apartment complex in the 1300 block of Flint Street.
