NEW DELHI: Terrorists are waiting at launch pads across the Line of Control (LoC) and are actively looking to infiltrate into Kashmir before the onset of winter, a senior border security force (BSF) officer said on Saturday, adding that security forces are alert and fully prepared to thwart any such attempts, reported news agency PTI.
