Geelong star Jeremy Cameron has suffered a suspected broken arm in a painful AFL grand final defeat to Brisbane on Saturday.

The Coleman medallist was first hurt in the second quarter in an incident that also sparked concussion concerns.

He returned to play with strapping on his arm, only to make things worse with a brave one-handed tackle on Jaspa Fletcher in the third quarter.

Cameron landed directly on his injured arm and was in instant agony.

The 32-year-old again left the field for treatment and returned — even backed in to finish the game over ruckman Rhys Stanley, who was substituted out in the second half. Loading Tweet
