16-year-old FCC student among three new candidates in 2026 school board election

A 16-year-old Frederick Community College student has filed for the 2026 Frederick County Board of Education race.

Chloe Celeste, a former Frederick County Public Schools student, is studying social work at the college after dropping out and earning her GED diploma in January of this year.
