Amaravati’s dream of becoming a modern and smart capital city has received a big boost. The Andhra Pradesh government has signed an MoU with the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA), Vijayawada to shape the future of the city.

School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada, (in short SPAV), was established on July 7, 2008 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MoE), Government of India, as an autonomous institution and is one of the country’s top institutes in urban planning and design with an NIRF ranking of 16th for planning and architecture.
