Harpreet Sandhu unveils ‘The Heritage Tourism Treasures of Ludhiana’ to promote local heritage on World Tourism Day

Ludhiana (Punjab, September 27, 2025: On the occasion of World Tourism Day 2025, State Information Commissioner Punjab Harpreet Sandhu, along with Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana Himanshu Jain, IAS, and Vice Chancellor PAU Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal, released a pictorial brochure and documentary titled “The Heritage Tourism Treasures of Ludhiana”.

The release showcases Ludhiana’s significant heritage tourism sites, including the 200-year-old Maharaja Ranjit Singh Memorial, Bassian Kothi in Raikot, the Museum of Social History of Rural Punjab at PAU Campus, and the Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum.

The initiative aims to raise awareness of these cultural landmark
