The Patiala House Court on Saturday granted bail to accused Gaganpreet Kaur in the Delhi BMW Crash case. She has been granted bail on a bond of Rs 1 lakh and two sureties of the same amount. The court has also directed Gaganpreet Kaur to surrender her passport. The court, on September 17, had extended the judicial custody of Kaur until September 27 in a case involving the killing of Finance Ministry official Navjot Singh.

Before pronouncing the bail order, the Court stated that an ambulance reached there within seconds, and it remained there for 30 seconds. But did not take the injured to the hospital.
