NEW DELHI: Former India spinner Sunil Joshi is all set to become the new spin bowling coach at BCCI Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru from October 1. The 55-year-old was keenly involved during the recently concluded Duleep Trophy and even travelled with the India A side for their games vs Australia A in Lucknow. Joshi's move means Punjab Kings will now need to look for a new assistant coach as the left-armer was part of the Ricky Ponting-led coaching staff in the Indian Premier League ( IPL ) last season. Multiple candidates were interviewed for the position earlier this year.
