HMRC is set to reclaim money from certain pensioners in the next few months. It comes as part of the government's new Winter Fuel Payment regulations. ‌

Downing Street has been hard at work trying to find ways to plug a huge blackhole in the public purse, looking at those claiming a state pension as a potential source of income.
