A spokesperson for Prince Harry has clarified the nature of his recent reunion with his estranged father, King Charles III.
Harry’s rep told People in a Saturday, September 27, statement that it is “categorically false” that the king, 76, treated his youngest son like an “official visitor” during their meeting at Clarence House earlier this month, addressing reports claiming the reunion was “distinctly formal” in nature.
“While we would have preferred such details to remain private, for the sake of clarity, we can confirm that a framed photograph was handed over, however, the image did not contain the Duke and Duchess,” the rep added in the statement.
