New Delhi, Sep 27: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will inaugurate the National Conclave 2025 on September 29, being organised by the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW), Ministry of Defence.

The two-day event, themed ‘Viksit Bharat and Ex-Servicemen Welfare’, will bring together key stakeholders to strengthen nationwide efforts for the well-being and reintegration of India’s veterans.

Secretary (DESW) Niten Chandra will also attend the inaugural session. The conclave will provide a platform for Rajya Sainik Boards (RSBs) and Zila Sainik Boards (ZSBs) to share best practices, discuss grassroots-level challenges, and enhance the delivery of welfare schemes.
