Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Saturday said that the reverse count for the ouster of Nitish Kumar-led Bihar government has started as he targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his earlier potshots at the opposition parties, saying that he has begun distributing “revdis” to the people of the state ahead of assembly polls.

He also repeated Congress’ “vote chori” allegations against the BJP.

Ramesh said that Prime Minister Modi “continuously criticised” the Karnataka government for providing Rs 2,000 per month to 1.3 crore women under the Gruha Lakshmi scheme, but now he himself is doing the same.
