More than 330 community members, donors, and cancer care advocates gathered at the Caruso Club this week for the 27th Annual Luncheon of Hope, raising $54,000 to support cancer care advancements at Health Sciences North.

The funds will help ensure patients across northeastern Ontario receive high-quality treatment close to home.

Guests shared an afternoon of connection, stories of survivorship, and a collective commitment to improving cancer care in the region.

The event featured keynote speakers Catherine Wreford and Craig Ramsay — known as Team Broadway from The Amazing Race Canada. Wreford spoke candidly about her cancer journey.
