Nathan Mitchell, formerly known as California producer Joshua Werkman, was charged Friday, Sept. 26, with one felony count each of indecent assault of a person less than 13, corruption of minors, child endangerment and one misdemeanor count each of indecent assault and indecent assault of a substantial impaired person following the Sept. 17 interview with the juvenile at Children’s Advocacy Center in Butler.
