OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Here are a few items on the agenda for Tuesday’s Omaha City Council meeting:

No. 17: An public hearing and vote to amend the city’s master plan to incorporate the Parks & Rec Comprehensive Master Plan.

No. 23: A vote on creating a new chapter in the Omaha Municipal Code governing local activities permitted under Nebraska Medical Cannabis Regulation Act.

No. 35: A vote on the ordinance that makes it illegal to create encampments on public property.

No. 59: A first reading on the city vacating Harney Street from Farnam to 42nd Street.
