This isn’t as much of a bet on the Minnesota Vikings as it is fading the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have been one of the luckiest teams in the NFL through three weeks. They enter this game with a 2-1 record, but there’s a very real argument that they should be 0-3.

Pittsburgh was blown out by the Seattle Seahawks, who look like the real deal at this point . They have close wins over the New York Jets and New England Patriots. They have a -1.7 point scoring margin with a winning record, and it hasn’t been because of any blowout wins.

The key here is that the Steelers were arguably outplayed in both of their wins. They lost the total yards, yards per play, first downs, third-down efficiency, and time of possession in both games. They did win the turnover battle twice, though.
