After woman's arm trapped in apartment elevator, residents express safety concerns

A woman is in critical condition after she got her arm stuck in an elevator at the Dorchester House apartment in Adams Morgan. Residents tell FOX 5 DC that they've expressed safety concerns to the management company before. The management company has not responded to FOX 5 DC's request for comment.
