SEATTLE — Receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba has become a household name with the Seattle Seahawks, but his allegiance to Ohio State was on display during the Buckeyes’ win against Washington on Saturday.
Smith-Njigba was in attendance for the contest, and he joined the Buckeyes postgame in singing “Carmen Ohio” while many of the fans who root for him on Sundays left Husky Stadium disappointed.

Smith-Njigba was at Ohio State from 2020-22. In three seasons, he caught 109 passes for 1,691 yards. Most of his production came during the 2021 season due to COVID-19 impacting 2020 and injuries hindering his 2022 campaign.
