INDIANAPOLIS — A person was injured in a motorcycle crash on the south side of Indianapolis Saturday night.
Public emergency reporting systems indicate the crash occurred near a ramp that connects Interstate 465 to South Emerson Avenue around 8 p.m.
Indiana State Police responded to the crash scene to conduct an investigation. An ISP spokesperson told FOX59/CBS4 that the motorcycle was the lone vehicle involved in the crash.
State police reported that the motorcycle was crashed into an interstate barrier wall. After the crash, one person was hospitalized.
ISP has not provided any additional information on the injured person's medical status.
The ramp the crash occurred near is now open, as are the roadways that surround it. No further traffic delays related to this crash are currently
