Showers continued in the Valley with more rain.

Flash flood advisories and warnings are now in effect through tonight due to severe thunderstorms that rolled in.

Tonight we will drop down in the 70s under mostly cloudy skies.

By the numbers:

Yesterday’s storm brought in 1.64 inches of rain to Phoenix Sky Harbor. This brings the total monsoon season to 2.55 inches of rain, which is above average.

Tomorrow:

Showers will begin to diminish late tonight with a slight chance of rain Sunday morning. Sunshine will return along with calmer weather.
