Dobb's Bar-B-Que in Dothan is closing its doors after decades of service to locals and travelers.
The famous "bar-b-que" joint first opened in 1910 by Euell Dobbs. It is the second-oldest barbecue restaurant in the state. Golden Rule, which opened in 1891 in Irondale, is the oldest.
The restaurant moved from Tallassee to Dothan in 1948.
Along with the famous barbecue pork, Dobb's is known for a delicious camp stew, smoked turkey and ribs.
The restaurant will close for the last time on Sunday night.
