Georgia football put its perfect record in night home games under coach Kirby Smart on the line against Alabama in Sanford Stadium.

The Bulldogs fell to 17-1 after its 24-21 loss against the Crimson Tide on Saturday Sept. 27.

Here’s how we graded the Bulldogs:

Offense: C-

Georgia ’s offense started slowly and had to play catch-up for the second game in a row. Chauncey Bowens ran well, but Nate Frazier had a costly fumble, and the Bulldogs were 0 of 3 on third down in the first half. Talyn Taylor dropped a would-be touchdown on a deep ball in the third quarter that would have put the Bulldogs ahead, and Cash Jones was stopped on a fourth-down run in the fourth quarter.

Defense: C-
