A 72-year-old woman critically injured by a hit-and-run driver in Northeast Philadelphia has died from her injuries. Police said a pickup truck hit her as she was crossing the street on the 3500 block of Ryan Avenue. Officers later found the vehicle at Walker and Levick streets. They said the driver showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for DUI.
