Week 5 of the 2025 college football brought plenty of movement in my top 25 rankings, especially after Penn State ’s White Out loss to Oregon.

For the fifth consecutive season, I’m an Associated Press Top 25 voter. And each week, I’ll be sharing my full ballot, explaining why I ranked everything the way I did.

The official AP Top 25 poll will be published on Sunday afternoon. But before that drops, here’s my complete AP ballot after Week 5.

1. Oregon (5): Hand up, I was wrong about the Ducks. I thought Dante Moore and Dan Lanning’s team would struggle with the White Out atmosphere and lose to Penn State. Instead, the Ducks made a statement in Happy Valley.
