Overnight, we had a system that passing by off to our south. There were some scattered rain showers, especially for southern Connecticut. These showers are over!

A sunny rest of your Sunday is expected with highs in the upper 70s and low 80s. Great news for the Durham Fair and the last weekend of the Big E! You can even get away with beach/boat/pool with the sunny and warm afternoon expected.

Not much weather to track locally next week but if you're waiting for it to *feel* like fall, you won't have to wait long. High temperatures will drop into the mid 60s by Wednesday to start October...and continue cool thru Friday!
