Fort Collins pilot program lowers costs for composting food scraps

Fort Collins residents who want to start food scrap composting can now sign up for service for as low as $5 per month.

It's part of a one-year pilot program launched by the city of Fort Collins and Compost Queen to encourage more food scrap composting and to gather data for any future citywide composting program.
