SEATTLE -- Week 5 might’ve been the best slate of college football game we’ve seen in some time with numerous games between ranked opponents that forced to prove they were as good as people thought they were.

What followed were a bunch of entertaining games across the board to close out September as true championship contenders have started to emerge. The weekend has led to more shake ups in my ballot rewarding teams who’ve built quality resumes while punishing teams who without those wins are missing quality games.
