Jammu, Sep 28 (PTI) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday participated in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi's ‘Sewa Parv’ in Reasi district, highlighting that the initiative is aimed at bringing together communities, institutions and individuals for nation-building.
