Just 1 in 10 consumers received the full benefit of GST rate reduction on packaged food and medicines , while 3 in 10 consumes received the same on appliances. In vehicles, the GST pass-through was better, with 7 in 10 consumers saying they received the full benefit of rate reduction on bookings or purchases.
