The National Park Service has seen better days. Former NPS employees are pleading for the immediate closure of all national parks in the event of a government shutdown. This may push national parks to the edge, especially in terms of maintenance.

With jobs already in question at national parks, the seasonal openings have sparked more anger than excitement , given the limited availability for 2026.

The historic site dates back to 1938. The bridge is a popular location, renowned for its iconic capstones that feature fossilized dinosaur footprints.
