Nearly 100 people gathered in downtown Erie on Saturday afternoon for the 'Unity with the Community March' organized by the 'Justice for Chello' movement to demand answers regarding the death of Marchello Woodard.

Marchello Woodard was shot and killed by a Pennsylvania State Parole Agent nearly three months ago, and while the death was ruled a homicide, the investigation remains active. The community, led by Woodard's family, is calling for more transparency from city officials and the district attorney.

"We understand that this is a case. Certainly we understand that this is an investigation, but we're frustrated because we feel that officials haven't communicated enough with the family" said Michael Woodard, Marchello's cousin.
