Tropical Depression Nine (soon to be Imelda)
Tropical Depression Nine is organizing quickly, with signs pointing to it becoming a tropical storm very soon.
As of Sunday morning, the convection has increased with signs it’s trying to tighten up its center of circulation.
As of the 11 a.m. advisory, winds are near 35 mph as it moves toward the north-northwest.
